I'm sick of staying silent but I would suggest anyone who needs emergency room help to NEVER go to Mclaren. They treat their patience like crap and treat you as if you just begging for pain meds. I haven't been back there since I was pregnant and they tried discharging me with a false miscarrage. Couple years before that I tried getting help with my leg injury from the army and they didn't even look at my legs, just said it's muscles issues and that I can buy ibuprofen and sent me on my way. Great primary if you need nothing. As soon as you need something, and after going to ER, the follow up is lacking. Over 4 days with no response and then when asked for a doctor who was less busy, was told to check with Mymichigan. Wow. Great way to do business.
The medical assistant at mcclaren primary care of west branch Kelly Krawczak is uncaring and mean. She tells you to be quiet if you suggest anything or mention your experience. For those having issues with weight loss and medical issues going along with it. Her exact words is the nurses and team are too busy for you. They have more important patients.
