Courteous staff. Having to just go in within a time frame for an employment screening may come with a wait, but it wasn't unpleasant or too long. Very clean and well maintained facility.

I went in for a severe ankle sprain due to being unable to put weight on my foot. Waited over an hour even though I was the first person. Performed an x-ray and found nothing broken. Their response: elevate it. No discussion about pain management or wrapping the ankle. I will never be back

Great building, but unfortunately if you have an appointment here, expect to wait at LEAST 1 full hour to even be called back to the office if you're lucky. Usually, it's upwards of 2 hours. Absurd how we the patients are expected to be early/precisely on time or we'll be kicked out as patients, but they're allowed to be consistently behind by hours time and time again.

Horrible the hours online don't reflect actual hours staff pick and chooses when they feel like seeing patients. Should have a disclaimer that hours may very.Turned away not only once but 2separate times. I originally had such great service I decided to give it another chance Turned away again my daughter was in tears this time due to an ear infection being an MA all they literally had to do was look in her ear and prescribe an antibiotic refused to do it told me they don't work over and that day the pa was leaving early.
