Took in an elderly patient to have ears irrigated at the request of an audiologist. They cleared one ear but the other was clogged the following day. The PA had checked them after the procedure but apparently hadn’t inspected the rest of the ear canal. Disappointing!
What a great group of people; the nurses and providers are just wonderful. Today, I had an employment physical and everyone was great, esp Bobbie. She made my day with her professionalism and humor. Thank you! I would recommend going here to everyone!
Courteous staff. Having to just go in within a time frame for an employment screening may come with a wait, but it wasn't unpleasant or too long. Very clean and well maintained facility.
I went in for a severe ankle sprain due to being unable to put weight on my foot. Waited over an hour even though I was the first person. Performed an x-ray and found nothing broken. Their response: elevate it. No discussion about pain management or wrapping the ankle. I will never be back
Great building, but unfortunately if you have an appointment here, expect to wait at LEAST 1 full hour to even be called back to the office if you're lucky. Usually, it's upwards of 2 hours. Absurd how we the patients are expected to be early/precisely on time or we'll be kicked out as patients, but they're allowed to be consistently behind by hours time and time again.
