I was able to get in right away, everyone was very helpful and kind. My throat was swollen so bad I couldn’t really talk but they were able to find ways to communicate with me. I’m 3 months postpartum and the doctor was so helpful & explained everything quickly and thoroughly. I previously had 2 visits to urgent care over the last couple of weeks. This was a very pleasant experience. Once the doctor ordered my meds they gave them to me and had me out asap.
If I could give 1,000 stars I would! 😉 The new building is so beautiful & greatly deserved for the doctors & staff that keep it going. The old building was starting to look (and smell) like something out of a horror movie. The new building is not just a hospital, they also serve people that need Physical Therapy, wonderful doctors, as my doctor practices there & takes wonderful care of my family, and we were shocked to learn how amazing the Emergency Hospital was when we had to go there. Worst place I've ever been doctor rude as hell I wanted to punch the guy. He did not care at all about my injury and had no answers. I went to a real doctor the next day and they had to get my foot fix. Zero stars
Happy to have a new ER dept went last nite excellent care staff kind and extremely helpful .thank u for making me feel alot better with a sprained foot..
