I will never refer any of my patients there going forward after encountering an overall experience in the ER recently. They simply do not "listen to the patient" (biggest mistake healthcare providers make and why we lose a lot of lives in our world.) Not professional in the least. Can’t say enough good things. Went in at 5pm on a weekday when my toddler dislocated his elbow. We were out within an hour. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly. Our nurse sat and talked with him the whole time until the doctor came in.
I went in with my daughter last night who had stomach pain. We were taken back immediately and the care team got right on it. She needed multiple tests done, which were all done quickly and in a timely manner, including a CAT SCAN. My daughter was very scared of getting her blood drawn for the first time and the nurses were very supportive with figuring out a plan to help get it done. I was able to get in right away, everyone was very helpful and kind. My throat was swollen so bad I couldn’t really talk but they were able to find ways to communicate with me. I’m 3 months postpartum and the doctor was so helpful & explained everything quickly and thoroughly. I previously had 2 visits to urgent care over the last couple of weeks. This was a very pleasant experience. Once the doctor ordered my meds they gave them to me and had me out asap.
