Been going here for 10yrs. Staff and docs are awesome. They take the time you need to get things right.
Dr. David Pinelli has been my primary physician for well over a decade! My every visit feels as though I'm going to see a family friend for advice and comforting. They're the epitome of care, concern, professionalism and attentiveness! Unfortunately, due some of my medical concerns I've seen quite a few physicians. Thankfully, Dr. Pinelli has been the only physician that has taken the time to listen over the years with my ailments and he's never and I mean NEVER steered me in the wrong direction! I've gone here for over 20 years and never once had a complaint, not until recently. The past couple years it's really gone downhill.
Horrible.
Would give 5 stars, but there is one PA here that has ruined my experience. She is beyond unprofessional, judgemental, condescending, and lacks empathy . There's a reason she always has an opening when the other doctors are booked full... It's sad she's still here, because the rest of the staff has been great.
