I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way things are being handled at this facility. I’ve been seeing Dr Cohen for about 20 years and he has always had a kind and friendly office staff. Lately a receptionist named Melissa has been disgustingly rude and unprofessional. I am considering changing doctors for this reason as she is always combative and never wants to be helpful and always has a nasty tone in her voice. She should be fired and not have dealings with the public. The rest of the staff is friendly and I never have any issues at all.

Doctor Holloway is great and the nurses are awesome however some of the receptionists should be replaced. I had an appointment set for a certain time. I wrote it down and upon arrival they told me a different appointment time. An hour later than when the appointment was made. That is not acceptable. I hope they bring some better people on.
