This office started off professional and organized however, recently (since the pandemic) the office staff and including my physician have been extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I am terribly disappointed as I took out time to pick Dr. Thomas as my physician and drove 45 minutes plus one way to appointments. I even tried to keeping Dr. Thomas as my doctor after I moved out of state sadly the way I have been treated and or outright ignored I have no choice but to find another health care provider.
