The front desk staff are friendly, understanding, and cooperative. The board-certified nurse practitioners, particularly Nurse Lauren Weinczak, and medical assistant Mr. Greg, are very friendly and comforting during follow-up visits. However, Dr. Nallamothu, while an excellent professional surgeon, seems unavailable for post-surgery follow-ups despite multiple appointment requests. This lack of direct communication from the doctor himself was disappointing.
VERY UPSETTING THE CARE I RECIEVED HERE... THEY WERE RUDE WHEN I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH MY ARM THEY SCHEDUELD ME FOR A DIFFERENT DAY THEN THEY TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE. SHOWED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT ON THE WRONG DAY THEY WOULD SEE ME THEN WHEN I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH MY ARM THEY COULDNT SEE ME FOR 2 WEEKS. THEY LADIES AT THE FRONT OFFICE WERE MEAN AND NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT SO EVER. i DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING TO THIS DOCOTOR OFFICE
Front desk staff were friendly. Dr. Ball seems annoyed and impatient if you don’t end up requiring surgery, as if you’re wasting his time being there. I’ve never had a doctor annoyed to talk to a patient before.
Let me start by saying that most of the staff are friendly and kind. The care they provide is great but there’s one big problem. The problem is their long wait times. Every appointment is at least an hour and half and an hour is waiting for the provider. In my opinion, this is very disrespectful of their patients time and this isn’t ok.
