I am revising my review since someone finally took time to listen to my husband and I regarding the timeline for his care. The office manager Josh wouldn't budge the first time the appointments were rescheduled but either he or someone in the office finally got the release my husband needed for his procedure. The ladies in the office tried their best to be helpful. We didn't realize that his doctor was only at this office once a month, so when they re scheduled his appointment it has taken more than a month to get his result... read more
My husband needed clearance for another procedure. First they rescheduled his test then they rescheduled his follow up so that he is waiting almost 2 months and still no answers. I did not like the way my husband had been treated so I scheduled with a different office. Patients are not their first priority here!
Asked to schedule an appointment, they put me on hold for 47 minutes before asking for my information. They assured me they'd call back within 15-20 minutes and they never called me. Trying to reach them again and they're now closed for the day
