I made an appointment for 6 pm and was taken back right at 6. You get the full attention from the nurse and provider. The entire process was fast and efficient, with my visit totaling 15 min. And since this was at a Walgreens I was able to get my prescription filled right there on the spot. Would definitely recommend over the normal urgent care visit.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. They have very unethical billing practices and will send you surprise bills after 2 years of getting the care. The intake nurse will tell you that your insurance is accepted and will cover the visit but it is not true. They are not considered an urgent care, so they will bill you as a normal clinic. McLaren is always after money and nothing else. Sad that patients have no other option but to use them in the Lansing area.
Always informative and take care of you well. My whole family uses this location.
Some time it’s hit or miss who you get to see sometimes you meet very Understanding and caring nurses and sometimes you meet someone just don’t understand you. Overall I give 4 stars.
