Doctor Ismond was my doctor for almost 30 years. At the beginning he was great. Internal medicine was well run and very efficient. But then after McLaren took over cuts were made, nurses were fired and doctors were made to be on their own without having a personal nurse. This caused a lot of problems and made it so bad that I had to leave and go elsewhere for my medical care. Doctor Ismond turned into some kind of irrational jerk who is more concerned about himself than me.
