I called to see what I needed to become a patient at this establishment and the receptionist was so rude. She seemed annoyed that I had questions an needed assistance. After I dropped off my paperwork I was told that I would be receiving a call to set up my first appointment. I never heard back and none of my calls were returned either. It's hard enough to find a provider in the area that is accepting patients. This establishment certainly doesn't make it any easier for patients to be seen.
We drove 30 minutes to receive care for my sick daughter only to find out that they don’t see patients on Wednesdays - yet they showed as open. Must be nice to be a part time facility! If they had been honest and shown as closed we would have saved the time and driven elsewhere. But now I’m wasting time and gas looking for available care while my daughter is miserable in the back seat. What an absolute joke you are - you should all be ashamed of the embarrassment you bring to the medical field.
