I'm leaving this rating for the cardiologist, Dr. Ber, regarding my initial visit. He is very friendly and calming, has a good sense of humor, is patient and smart, and one of the questions he asked during the consult was very apt. As for the hospital itself, that's another matter. I give it zero stars. It is dirty; housekeeping does not come in every day to change sheets and towels or clean the floors and surfaces.
