I am not sure what has happened here but the ER has went down hill. Today I am currently at almost 5 hours to be seen for a pretty serious issue that my dr told me to come here about. They have me trapped as they have the scans here to view from the weekend to compare with. Checked in a hour at home and over 3 hours here. I went to check in as everybody after me has been called back. They said I left when in fact I haven’t left the building at all. Good hospital great staff
I am not sure what happened to this ER facility. Brought my daughter here last night with severe abdominal pains, to the point she was laying on the waiting room floor doubled over in pain & vomiting only to be told they were clearing out beds/rooms and would get to her. 3 hours later we opted to go to Gaylord OMH. As we were leaving an older gentleman told me he was there going on 7 hours to be seen. Needless to say, Gaylord had us in and back home in the time we sat in this hospital's ER waiting room.
