Service department is A+. They have gone above and beyond to take care of my annual service as well as fixing a bunch of minor stuff under warranty. A massively better experience than with some of the larger dealer service centers I have worked with in other parts of the country.
Leased an Artura in early Fall. Before taking the vehicle I mentioned to Maaz the key being low battery to which he replied not to worry. Same night in the city the key died and had to leave the vehicle in Manhattan in a parking lot overnight and take an uber home while sending my date in another uber. Was never reimbursed. Car was towed by dealer, new “special” battery was installed, few days after key died again this time 2 hours away from home. Pop the key and it was regular 2032 battery.
