A well kept Medical Mall with helpful, experienced, knowledgeable medical professionals all around. I definitely recommend coming here for people in need of these kinds of services.
Awful, just awful. I've been waiting for over a week for a prescription refill! An inhaler for my COPD. A week? The pharmacy has called 4 times and still nothing. You think maybe I might need this to breathe? What the heĺl is going on there? Is ANYBODY doing their job? This is inexcusable! This needs to be seen by corporate. Playing with people's health is NOT AN OPTION!! You don't deserve the one star, but unfortunately I can't post without it.
Went to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine. I was told the Dr. office never responded so there was no script. The office never called, emailed or, contacted me in anyway. My medication was just stopped abruptly. When I called to check in and see why my pharmacy didn’t have it I was told it’s a 3 days wait for an answer. It’s not a life alerting medicine but it was prescribed to me for a reason. I wouldn’t waste your time here.
Never see the main doctor, just different residents. They put you on meds and don't refill them, unless you keep bugging them. That's telling me they don't care at all about the patient's.
They don't tell you when you become a new patient that you will only be seeing residents and not the same Dr every time. I just found a new Dr because I'm not interested in being a lab rat!
