I have been a patient with Dr Pradko for more than 30 years. I have never had a issue with any of the staff and trust all staff to the fullest, they are dedicated and compassionate. They have excellent hours and always willing to help, if you need a sameday appointment they do what they can to the best of their ability. They also listen very well and include you in decisions. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
The receptionist is the rudest person I've ever met. They should fire her for the well-being of the patients who come to this place seeking relief and have to deal with this woman who doesn't understand the meaning of customer service and courtesy. I strongly recommend that you do not go to this place until they replace their staff.
Would give 0 stars if possible ....the unprofessionalism from this establishment is beyond wild and some staff are extremely rude and very very unprofessional....multiple of us that have been patients or still are are going to the board to file all of our complaints to ensure that money grab doctors like this don't screw anyone else over for their own profit ...
My family and I have been going to McLaren-Macomb Lakeshore Medical Center in Clinton Township for as long as I can remember, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Pradko and Dr. Choudhury are outstanding physicians—thorough, compassionate, and truly committed to their patients' well-being.
