Unable to get ahold of office when need help or be seen by doctor
I don’t know what’s going on with this office I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for an appointment to have some important documents fill out they always send you to voicemail to leave a message I know they are not that busy because when I go there it’s not no more than a couple of people in the waiting room I don’t know I have talk to higher supervisor and nothing has changed
I scheduled and waited one month for a new patient appointment (which I desperately needed) and the front desk never told me my insurance is out of network UNTIL I SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT. I would not have suspected this as my husband on the same policy goes through a similar McLaren Family Practice. I also gave them the insurance information upon scheduling the appointment. The front desk was rude and offered no support. I took time off from work. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service.
