Dr. MacIntyre is a good doctor to see, but the office and staff is very un communicative and does not call you back when you leave voicemails or message on the patient portal. I have been trying to get seen since June 4th and I have not gotten any response back nor have I gotten any calls back. All I keep getting told is that she will get back to me, yet it has been almost a month and I still have not heard anything.

I don’t know what’s going on with this office I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for an appointment to have some important documents fill out they always send you to voicemail to leave a message I know they are not that busy because when I go there it’s not no more than a couple of people in the waiting room I don’t know I have talk to higher supervisor and nothing has changed
