Don't go here, terrible office , possibly dangerous,Docs are very defensive and don't listen,seem to care,but in the end the office is the problem just a horrible experience,sad, you've had plenty of opportunities with the problems of the past to reach out but review gets your attention,too funny,no need to reach out ,said what I'm gonna say,handle the office problems and perhaps doctors attitudes will change also,thank you, just looked at other reviews, just as bad if not worse than mine,the reply is a copy and paste answer... read more

My first time coming as a new patient and was here at the time given to fill out paperwork. With still being early, they told me the doctor wouldn’t see me and that I had to reschedule because I wouldn’t finish the paperwork in time for my appointment. The digital document told me to be 15 mins early but the ladies at the front desk were saying no it’s a half hour. They don’t really care whether you’re a patient, parent, or what concerns you have. Dr. Alla is amazing, but good luck getting any response from the office when trying to make an appointment. They don't even call back when leaving a message with answering service. I understand that they are understaffed, but no response from any messages left for them. When put on hold you are dropped after approximately 3.5 minutes...Call back, repeat....

Great doctors but the office staff is absolutely awful. Calling for important refills to be told 3 days in a row they're calling it in only for the pharmacy to never receive it every single day. The girl who answers constantly says it's been called in even though it clearly hasn't or she transfers to "the back" and no one ever answers. Multiple issues, multiple times with the administrative staff. The lack of assistance for refills is just one example. It really is such a shame.
