I have seen Dr. Laur twice now and I’m so happy with the care she has provided me. She always wants to get to the bottom of anything that I have expressed to her. I can’t recommend her enough!
Everyone is so friendly.
Every phone call I've ever made to this has office has been at least 10-20 minutes of listening to hold music before I even get to speak with someone. Then when someone is finally able to speak to you, they're rude and condescending. I've never had a good experience with the reception here and I've been going for years. I understand this is probably a difficult job, especially during these times. But you should not speak rudely to people who are just seeking medical attention.
