Friendly and competent clinical staff. I recieved fast and detailed results through their portal. 1 star lost due to billing issues that took a couple months to resolve. I was originally going to be charged over $2,000 for a couple test and had I known that beforehand I would have gone elsewhere. At the time the deductible was collected they said it could be a little more or a little less after insurance and mentioned it would go towards my deductible. Brielle went above and beyond. Unfortunately she couldn’t find my baby’s vein, so she was making suggestions to try other locations nearby that would be able to attempt the blood draw. As we were standing there, she could tell we desperately wanted to get it done as efficiently and with as much ease as possible. Brielle made the accommodation of calling the Nursing Supervisor from the ER department to see if he would be able to come by and help and he was there in less than 10 minutes.
