Just left the ER few minutes ago with my granddaughter .She has swelling in her neck That is getting larger. I am very concerned that it would interfere with her breathing. And I stated that Concern..The ER denied her treatment Saying it was not an emergency. Never have I ever been denied Medical Treatment And treated With such disrespect. The doctor that seen us was horrible.Bedside manner terrible . If I could give them a zero rating I would. Terrible hospital.
Slow, if you don't sniffles you don't matter. Horrible hospital
Dr.Evan Berg needs a lesson in compassion. His bedside manner is horrible!!! Didn’t even physically assess any of my concerns. I will NEVER return to this ER. There’s not a rating for zero stars as they don’t deserve even a 1.
The nurses were rude and snotty nurses you need to be more nicer to your patients we didn't come there for you to give us attitude if you don't like your job then quit it you pick the job you knowing you would have to deal with people so treat them with respect
They lied to me and said the ambulance ride is not expensive and the ride was free but they lied the bill was expensive and they lied about it being free it clearly sound like to me that they only care about the money because the guy that ride the ambulance wanted me to go to the hospital so bad I think he only wanted me to go because of the money he knew I was fine and I didn't need to go but he didn't care he probably just wanted to get paid
