Came in assuming my 8 year old daughter has a uti . They did the pee culture in triage and still over a hour waiting in the lobby. I have seen multiple people after we checked in After us and they already checked out . How is that fair? I understand emergencies Trump simple visits . But obviously people are comming in after us and leaving before we are even seen? I’m going to be billed my 250$ copay for this I can see why this er has less than 2 stars.
The ER visit I had just a few moments ago was a complete and utter waste of space and time. I was in there from 4:30pm until 11:30pm which is not how it's supposed to be. ER is supposed to be a 2 hour long visit tops which includes waiting in the waiting room. They deprived me of water and didn't even tell me that my CT scan would go to another building. My nurse told me it would take only an hour but didn't inform me that my medical stuff would go to a third party which is against HIPAA! The nurse also took out my IV very r... read more
AVOID - Did not receive any medical care, yet was billed $500. Guess they need the money after building a useless Emergency Room?
Iv never been treated so bad in my life. Now when me or a loved one need medical care and are sent to the er by family doctors or specialist i have to fight myself to go in, as soon as I see the entrance I go into a instant panic attack. I cannot write all of what iv been though here but I will say this, the doctors and nurses mock you and they laugh at you, say things behind your back where you can hear them, like im not here for deafness, im fully aware of what your saying. I dont know where to start but this is the worst Er our mom has been to, from being mocked by the nurses and doctors rolling there eyes with her symptoms, making her walk when her neuro team has her on bedrest as she can't feel her legs 90% of the time , always having to have other patients help her get around in the wheelchair rather that be to the bathroom or simply to the waiting room.
