Today I brought my 98 y/o resident to ER for an evaluation. I am a retired nurse from McLaren Flint and administrator for Caring Heart Assisted Living. All I can say is 10/10 care from triage til discharge. I know you were very busy and I can not remember everyone's name but thank you and special thanks to our nurse Jane RN and Dr Tuczynski. The whole ride home she talked about how everyone was so nice ❤️ Just the way it should be - Thank you !!

Literally avoids your medical problems. Happened twice now to me, first time was a stroke. The second time I still don't know because they lied about the tests they were going to do and prescribed me medication that only gave me a headache. As a pharmacist technician, their service was very unprofessional and possibly detrimental to their patients health. Do not take medication that does not help you with an issue, it will screw you up physically, mentally, or both. Now I have to plan for another appointment somewhere else.
If I could give it zero stars... Power hungry nurses that come running to enforce HER "two person rule" (not the facility's, but "hers") as the grandkids came in to say goodbye bedore leaving (we'd all been in and out of there for hours by this point) and not backing down when the situation was explained, doctors that keep you waiting for hours just to do their rounds, or yell at you for interrupting their gossip session to ask for an update because "they're busy", and floors giving almost zero basic patient care then claimi... read more
I never going back there again the nurse was mean it made me feel worse they should treat people with respect and not treat people like that
