If you are in a hurry don’t come here for blood work. They are ridiculously slow even when you have an appointment
I typically never leave reviews even when the experience is lacking. But this lab location needs serious change. There was only one employee handling the check-in and doing the lab withdrawals and filing. It took over 2 hours to do lab draws on 4 people. This is not the employees fault though McLaren’s fault for not having enough employees or coverage. The employee handled the stressful situation well. Staff friendly, results not sent to my doctor and if you get an 8 am appointment noone is there and a 4pm they are already leaving. Why does the system allow you to schedule appointments when you don't have the staff to perform blood draws at these times?
My husband and I went to this location for a blood draw, and the nurse that was there was absolutely amazing. She was very accommodating to us and very considerate of our time, she worked with us to get our blood work done, and it was a painless procedure
All the girls there are FANTASTIC!!! Shannah is my fave!!
