Don’t expect timely care. Physical Therapy is short staffed all the time, and nursing visits are missed daily. But they will keep taking referrals, and delay care, especially Physical Therapy, for 2-6 weeks.
Worse nightmare Ever!
Awful. No one showed up to help, we were essentially on our own for three days. The admitting nurse & the doctor quit before finishing their work, so my Grandma had to deal with us trying our best. The next service (Promedica/Heartland) put her on daily visits immediately. The only bright spot about McClaren was their on-call nurses, who actually showed up. Ashley is the best! So kind, patient, and caring. I would recommend it this hospice service over all others I've experienced.
