Do not recommend. You have these people come to your home to help. And instead the first day meeting Candace she decided my grandma was being abused. And that's so far from the truth! Do not trust them to come into your home!!!
My mom is dead and their late stage capitalist dystopia idea is to hound me for months through every possible channel to get me to fill out a survey. I’ve blocked their emails, their phone numbers, asked them not to call me. Now they’re sending me snail mail. Can death be sacred enough to be excluded from your marketing surveys? Mom is dead. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend.
They were wonderful. We felt so well cared for. It could have been a painful death yet they were wonderful at making it comfortable, dignified, and as good as.death can be. We were referred by the admitting doc and feel so blessed he did so. Would go no where else.
McLaren homecare is a joke.The only person I liked was my nurse: Becky!! Amazing person!! I will NEVER go back with them. They are extremely understaffed and when they give you a window of time they don't always come in that time. michelle the supervisor doesn't know how to staff her people out. I was with them for a year. I am homebound and that is why i receive services to access my port.
