I found this doctor listed as accepting new patients on my insurance app, so I made an appointment. The front desk even called Humana to double-check, and everything looked good. They told me to come back in three weeks once my new plan kicked in. When I went back, a technician took my vitals, and then the doctor suddenly said he doesn’t take Humana. This should’ve been made clear from the start. Honestly, it felt like the office wasn’t organized or considerate of patients’ time. I’d suggest don’t waste your time.
This practice is unbelievable. Got their number from Humana. Prior to making appointment for my brother, they confirmed that they do take my brother’s insurance. They even called to confirm appointment. Drove from Woodbridge to Springfield to take brother to appointment for them to tell us that it’s been two weeks since they stopped taking my brother’s insurance. I was LIVID! That is not how to run a practice. If I had a choice, I give them ZERO stars.
Very pleasant, kind, thorough, and altruistic doctor and wonderful staff. The fact that it is on a walk in basis and staff is available for examination and treatment truly validates an honorable Healthcare. Thank you Dr. KRAIDY and team for the care you provide.
