Staff is incredible! Make sure they fully discuss how you are being charged if your insurance only covers partial payments. You may receive a third-party invoice directly from the treating doctor's office as "The doctor doesn't work for McLaren" and they don't tell you that you may be getting invoiced from a separate company after services are completed. I hands down love doctor jones and his staff! Best support team I've ever came across with a doctor's office! If you need them, I highly recommend!!!
This Wound clinic staff are incredibe knowledgeable and compassionate. They don't just manage your wound the team is supportive, they really make a difference in both recovery and mental well-being while going through a rough time, they listen, they dont just rush in and out. I felt they genuinely care about me i feel comfortable asking even the silliest questions. Shout out to Nurse Jennifer, she goes above and beyond, she is awesome!!!!!! I Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing wound care!
