My husband was seen on July 1st and had blood work done at the same time, he had some alarmingly off values that would warrant intervention. I'm giving a 2 star because I genuinely like and appreciate my provider. Nichole made me feel heard, seen, and like my problems could potentially be resolved. The real issue is communication. Messages go days with no answer, sometimes not with one at all. I had an MRI and ultrasound scheduled for the same day and the PA was never entered for the MRI, so now I have to drive 1.5 hours one way for two different appointments and no explanation as to why it was never entered.
