Toloff 4* McLaren Clinic: 3* (access) It’s hard to replace such a longstanding staff however I see stability return. Everyone is kind and caring. Dr. Toloff is my new Doctor. He’s , listens, is caring, empathic, honest and knowledgeable . He gets a 4. McLaren moved it down to a 3 because they need another provider to replace the one who had to leave . Please you need more access and availability.
Been a patient for decades and after my physician left the response and care became suspect. Can’t get refills, made an appointment over the phone with the receptionist and when the time came they never entered the appointment. Find a different care provider
I wouldn’t listen to the awful reviews. My mother was going here for years up until she passed. They took very good care of her. I now go here. I have non stop chronic pain and this is the only place that would take me as a patient. My doctor is very understanding considerate and I wouldn’t ask for any other doctor. Any concerns I have about my health she’s on top of it. without this place, I wouldn’t even be able to have a some what normal life.
Genuinely unsure how this practice is still operating. They charged my insurance 45+ minute outpatient for a 15 minute new patient visit. I wasn't aware you could charge for the hour I was sitting in the room waiting to talk to the nurse, whom I saw for less than 10 minutes. Im not a professional but this sounds like medical billing fraud. Since I can't seem to get in touch with anyone in billing at the office I will be reaching out to my insurance provider to dispute this entirely. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. I would give a negative score if possible. This business has gone to trash since Dr. Perry retired. I've been a patient here since the early 90s. They coded my last visit incorrectly and are trying to charge me an extra 272. I've tried contacting them multiple times and have been told the office manager will call me. The office manager hasnt called me back in over a month. II don't think there is even a doctor that works at this office. Avoid this place at all costs.
