The place is a joke. Have no idea how they can get away with treating people the way they do. I have been hung up on, had to wait to be checked in so the receptionist could get her food, left multiple messages that went unreturned, still don't have any of my test results, was never given any information to set up an account to view results, had my last appointment canceled the day of and then when I was 13 minutes late the doctor canceled my appointment even when I left a message saying I was running late, after being hung u... read more
Yeah, I don't know... Dr. Smith is wonderful. Great doctor, no complaints about her. She never makes you feel like a number. Answers all your questions. Now, facility-wise, it could use some updates. Marks/stains on the walls. I'm not even sure I saw molding on some of the walls/floors. I kind of got that dirty feeling? Maybe that's just me, but it doesn't necessarily feel clean. Tried them as new primary but was incredibly upset with how they handle patients. Called office with major concerns over blood results. Asked for someone to call me so my anxiety could be addressed. It took 9 days for someone to call and say yes they are of concern and doctor would explain at my next appt still 2 weeks away. Not acceptable. Called to tell them i was changing docs and they didnt even ask why.
Dr Smith is amazing. She's always open and honest and actually listens and hears what I'm saying and asking instead of just rushing me along.
