This is ridiculous! I've been currently waiting with my wife now for over two hours!! Appointment was at 1, finally seen the doctor for less then five minutes at 217, now it 304 and we've been waiting for the scheduler. This office is ran so unprofessionally! Either they need more staff or new ones! Probably would have had better luck going to Sparrow at this rate! Now we know for next time!
I have no issues with Dr. Bez—my frustration is entirely with the way this office is run. The appointment scheduling process is inefficient, calls to the office go unanswered while staff are visibly texting or on their phones, and worst of all, there's zero communication when patients are left waiting for extended periods. If my appointment is scheduled for 4:00 PM and I arrive early at 3:20 PM, there is absolutely no reason I should still be sitting in the waiting room at 4:45 PM with no explanation. Why is the name McLaren pain clinic if you aren’t affiliated with McLaren Hospital? Change your name if you aren’t affiliated and don’t accept their insurance!
So far, I've seen Dr. Bez one time for approximately 4.5 minutes. He sent me for an MRI, which I have done. When I try to call the office, the issue is that no one has ever answered the line. I've tried calling multiple times on different days at different times.
Dr. Bez has performed two very successful ablations on my spine. Very “to the point” at the appointments, but terribly late every time. Routinely I’ve had to wait 45 minutes or more after my scheduled appointment time, and our conversations rarely last more than a few minutes.
