Very disturbing experience. Nurses Sam & Sadie allegedly made racist remarks about me, despite the lobby clearly stating discrimination is against the law. I believe this should be investigated and appropriate disciplinary action, including termination if warranted, should be taken. I’m reporting this to corporate.
Ignores patients
I would HIGHLY advise against going here. I have spoken with becky the receptionist multiple times and each time she has been so rude me and my family were shocked. I liked the doctor here but will not be returning because becky has been so rude over the phone anytime we have spoken or she has left voicemails. I am STUNNED that she continues to work here with no repercussions for how she speaks to patients even on recorded voice mail lines.
Wait time over 55 minutes receptionist only laughs
This is ridiculous! I've been currently waiting with my wife now for over two hours!! Appointment was at 1, finally seen the doctor for less then five minutes at 217, now it 304 and we've been waiting for the scheduler. This office is ran so unprofessionally! Either they need more staff or new ones! Probably would have had better luck going to Sparrow at this rate! Now we know for next time!
