Worst. ER. Experience. EVER. Waited 2+ hours in the waiting room with excruciating pain while literally sobbing. Dude next to me had a concussion and wasn’t seen either. Both of us ended up leaving. Such a huge hospital but not enough staff or beds apparently? Do better.

Dr MacIntyre is Awesome...but think she may be in over her head. Called to try and be seen w within a couple days for severe coughing ear ache with some discomfort...was told I couldn't be seen until mid January....SERIOUSLY.... The receptionist said if I didn't like go somewhere else or to Urgent Care...this is what I pay 400.00 insurance for...and I'm an employee of McLaren.... NICE.....STILL SICK ALSO
Dr. Perkins- I was using Dr. Perkins as my primary after Dr. Eubanks left, whom I liked. I didn't feel like Dr. Perkins really listened to me and was quick to judge. I had a rash so I thought it would be safe to go in and get it treated at her office. I was tragically wrong. She prescribed me a steroid, a medicine in which I have never had to take before- I'm 22 year old. Not only did the oral steroid not get rid of my rash, it gave me a host of, I'm not exagerating, 10 different side effects that were debilitating in nature... read more
Drs Chase and Okka have been my Drs for about 20 years. Both are very good listeners with good medical advice, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.

Talked to them about it atleast 10 times nothing changed. called Mclaren complaint dep 2 times nothing , called blue cross they calmed that they would fix the problem nothing... at times i have gone up to 4 days with out meds because of there ineptness..in-tell they fix the problem i would not recommend
I feel let down by the system. First of all 8 months ago my doctor Dr. Lockard terminated me after 16 years of being a good patient. I came up positive on a urinalysis and instead of giving me another test which would have proved I didn't take anything I wasn't prescribed I was terminated. I was on the medication because of serious chronic pain. Degenerative stenosis of the spine, I had no reason to take anything else because my doctor had given me back an acceptable level of life. We were in the facility for FOUR HOURS, for what was scheduled as a 15-minute procedure. My wife was scheduled 1:00-1:15 pm. She was finally taken to the procedure room at 3:00. Zero communication from staff regarding the ever-lengthening delay, no apologies, no updates, nothing. When I finally asked, I was told she was next. 30 minutes later, she was finally on the way in.
