I have had nothing but GREAT experiences here. Ladies at the front are kind (sometimes short staffed - I get it) Emily is awesome and Jesse (martin) La Sala is AMAZING!!! I have always struggled with feeling extreme anxiety surrounding my health, and finding a doctor that actually gives a crap is so hard. Jesse has made me feel heard, validated, safe, and most of all LIKE SHE CARES. I truly have never had a better doctor. Ridiculous how many loop holes I have to go through just to get my meds. I’ve gone through 3 doctors in a half of a year because they leave to do different locations. (Wonder why). Been without my medication for 3 days. Withdrawal symptoms are nasty. Absolutely unacceptable
I had my first appointment today. Upon checking in, Nancy was so polite, friendly, and professional. Tina did my assessment. She was very polite and courteous. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Excellent service! Dr. Ancy, I cannot say enough good things about her. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness exceeded my expectations! Thank you staff. I appreciate you!!
New Dr Vida clock started at this office she stopped all my meds without taking doses down slowly I have been taking theses meds for 10 years she cut off all at once this cant be legal and I will see this complaint through and she' gave me a referral to someone else a different practice they dont accept my insurance its not mclaren
I’d give it zero stars if I could. Almost everyone had an attitude. I have 2 blue cross policy’s and the receptionist was arguing with my mother (she’s my legal guardian) because she thought we were lying. They never had my policy’s filed correctly and my mother has had to call more than several times. One of the doctors comes out to get me and she was really nice but then the head doctor kicked her out and I was very uncomfortable.
