I want to start by saying my pcp is absolutely wonderful, I feel she gives me the best care a pcp can and makes me feel heard and cared for the way a great pcp would! She is the only reason I will continue to go to this building. However I am very disappointed with this office. I called multiple times between 12–4 PM and no one answered or returned my calls. My husband and I are very happy having Dr. Nieusma as our Primary Care physician. She is very knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly and very easy to talk to. Her staff has changed since we started going to her and Kenna (amazing) and the rest of the current staff we have interacted with are really friendly and professional.
I would just like to say that Dr. Nieusma is AMAZING! My husband and I have seen her for years and are so happy to have her as our doctor. Her bedside manner is impeccable. Her new assistant Kenna is like a breath of fresh air. So kind and friendly. We have quite a drive to see her but she’s worth it! Highly recommended
