I would just like to say that Dr. Nieusma is AMAZING! My husband and I have seen her for years and are so happy to have her as our doctor. Her bedside manner is impeccable. Her new assistant Kenna is like a breath of fresh air. So kind and friendly. We have quite a drive to see her but she’s worth it! Highly recommended
Had bad experiences within the last year with my pcp, plus no one there ever answers the phone! I've called 3 times in the last 2 days just to update my insurance so that I can renew my medication, no one bothered to answer and they put new med stuff in that costs more money (because, again, they didn't pick up a phone and update my insurance). I'm hoping to get in somewhere in Lansing, just disappointed that I apparently have to drive over 30 minutes away for even basic care. I'm disabled and can't drive and my spouse who d... read more
Not documenting vaccines correctly. Cancel appointments without talking to you. Nobody answers the phone. If they do they are rude. Don't go here it's a terrible place.
They NEVER answer their phone and NEVER call back. Good luck getting a prescription filled if you need it, the pharmacy can’t even get ahold of them!! Never have I had this much trouble getting ahold of my doctors office
Horrible office. Any time you try to call, they never answer. A few of the receptionists are extremely rude. When you are able to book an appointment, it's 2-4 months out! Joke of a practice!
