I like not having to wait long to see the Dr and they are friendly and efficient
Having issues getting in to get referrals. Once in, they say they put in the referrals and 2 weeks later you still hear nothing. I tried to put in medication refills through the app only to find out they can't access it due to their system being down. I call in to get my prescriptions refilled and the Dr only called 1 of the 3 meds.
I’ve had issue after issue recently. Had an appointment on 4/24 and doctor wanted to see me in 2 weeks. Front office told me first available was 6/3. I scheduled for 6/3 and received a call on 5/24 that doctor was unavailable that day so I rescheduled for 6/10. Received a call a few days later saying the doctor was unavailable 6/10 but I could switch back to 6/3. Well I am a caretaker and full time worker, I can’t just flip a switch and adjust things.
