Very terrible service. Called the service department 5 times and there was no answer until it went into voicemail. Was told my car might be ready on 29th but never heard anything since then. Have to call to chase any updates instead of them calling to update me. My car is only two months old and has AC problem, however, they can only schedule me in a month. Absolutely pathetic customer service from McLaren Goldcoast called 6 times left 6 messages to book a car in for a service finally after 4 weeks of calling they call back but no help at this dealership is a total waste of time dealer needs better staff if they want to succeed in selling and servicing high end cars would get better service from Kmart tyre and auto Pathetic
