If I could give zero stars, I would. The performance and level of care shown with my $400,000 McLaren has been completely unacceptable. I entrusted my vehicle to your Gold Coast dealership expecting it to be treated with the professionalism and attention a McLaren deserves. Very terrible service. Called the service department 5 times and there was no answer until it went into voicemail. Was told my car might be ready on 29th but never heard anything since then. Have to call to chase any updates instead of them calling to update me. My car is only two months old and has AC problem, however, they can only schedule me in a month.
