This office has great staff. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure your experience is exceptional. I’ve changed doctors in the past because of the staff. Being a patient here has been a breath of fresh air. I want to thank all the staff. Keep being great.
They are so slow
I am by far both impressed & pleased with the care I receive here . First I must say Kelly is absolutely amazing . She listened to exactly what I was saying then put everything in motion for me to see the doctor without hesitation. I've never had medical dilemma that Kelly didn't rectify. Doctor Truong is absolutely fantastic and extremely attentive she's also great at following up with her patients . I have and will continue to refer my family & friends with this office. Anne Garza

There is NEVER any answer, no matter what time you call. It takes 72 hours for a prescription refill! Only one nice person at front desk. Only one car in parking lot when I arrive for appointment... what does that tell you. I will... she is a ZOC DOC.. no time for live patients.. can't even get an appointment correct! text says one thing, appointment card says another! Time to find another Doctor.. no ZOC DOC.. I didn't sign up for that!
