Please read my 2nd paragraph. Called 2/17, didn't get a person. Only call choices were to leave a message. Asked to be seen because I have been sick for over 2 weeks. I am still waiting to hear anything from the office it's 2/23. Love Joyce John, but the staff is probably the worst. They don't follow thru with their phone messages. Usually I don't do reviews, but i'll start by saying I love my doctor here. The past times, I would encounter just rude women (no disrespect) I never complained, but every time they were very dismissive & not the friendliest.Even though I am finding somewhere else to go, my last couple times was not bad, the black lady, tashena , was so nice and welcoming.
Worst and most unprofessional nursing staff I have ever worked with.
Terrible experience, Will not be going back. Showed up 30 min early and wait an hour after my scheduled appointment, to be told they do not have my records anymore and I have to schedule another appointment to come back. No help at all and was not willing to help
