The lab and office is so bad. They don’t know what’s going on and the lab tech came back from lunch late and had four people waiting.
I love Dr Rodriquez, he is a very kind & compassionate physician. I hardly have to wait very long in the office.
This was our second visit to Dr. Alexander Rodriguez who is a wonderful doctor, highly professional and experienced. On both times, we were assisted by Theresa, a wonderful person, paying attention to every detail and very helpful. As well as Kelly on the reception, she is very kind and welcoming. Great team!
She is really slow. We have been here for an hour and half so far and haven't been seen yet just for a simple blood test.
Come here cause it's convenient but the lady in labs that's been there for years is slower then molasses!!!!! She never opens up on time. As we speak it's 8:11am and they suppose to open at 8am. No sheet to sign in. This place is bad. Yall need to change something here seriously,not a good look.
