Came for appointment today. First, the receptionist (Kelly, I believe) was very rude and unprofessional. We called ahead of time and verified they took our insurance. After arriving, the front desk told us they do not accept our insurance. After going to the car and calling the insurance company, they stated they are within network and absolutely accept our insurance. Went onto the website for my medical, picked a doctor (Rodriguez), called to make the appointment gave the lady all my info including what kind of insurance i have along with the number and everything for it only to be told sorry we don't accept that one. After I verified twice (through the app and over the phone), I was told sorry don't accept that. I’ve been trying to get a blood test for allergies since April!! Apparently you can’t walk in! They have better than bankers hours!! I am an assistant for a Dr. so if I’m not working neither is she! They open when I have to be to work and close before I’m out! Furthermore try to get a person to answer the phone! Was on hold for 20 minutes no one came back. McLaren in general has made this small task mission impossible! My Dr. could have done this in his office but they took that out along with the X-rays! Now I can make mult... read more

The lab and office is so bad. They don’t know what’s going on and the lab tech came back from lunch late and had four people waiting.

I love Dr Rodriquez, he is a very kind & compassionate physician. I hardly have to wait very long in the office.
