Terrible experience, Will not be going back. Showed up 30 min early and wait an hour after my scheduled appointment, to be told they do not have my records anymore and I have to schedule another appointment to come back. No help at all and was not willing to help
Probably the worst office I've ever been to. I like doctor Rodriguez, he's great. The girls up front are terrible. They have no knowledge of anything. I had blood work done 3 weeks ago. I've been contacting them for weeks to get the results. They never call you back with anything . They always blow you off They're very On knowledgeable they need to be replaced. Went for lab work, arrived at 7:50 am (opens at 8:00am), 8am came and went, could hear someone behind the door listening to music and talking. At 8:15 a woman put a sign up sheet outside the door, finally at 8:25 she called the 1st person in. Now it may not seem like a big deal, but when the lab hours are the same hours you work, it makes it hard to get the blood work done, Not to mention when the lab is almost 30 min late in opening. Came for appointment today. First, the receptionist (Kelly, I believe) was very rude and unprofessional. We called ahead of time and verified they took our insurance. After arriving, the front desk told us they do not accept our insurance. After going to the car and calling the insurance company, they stated they are within network and absolutely accept our insurance. Went onto the website for my medical, picked a doctor (Rodriguez), called to make the appointment gave the lady all my info including what kind of insurance i have along with the number and everything for it only to be told sorry we don't accept that one. After I verified twice (through the app and over the phone), I was told sorry don't accept that.
