Dr Romy Bhagat is an excellent MD. The phone answering service needs to be in the same building. I've had issues with lost communications with no answers.
This office is so unprofessional! I came in I seen NP Kaitlyn. I was diagnosed with chronic pain recommended physical therapy they would contact me. Never received a phone call. I have called numerous times. No one answered the phone the 2 times I actually did get thru they transferred me to another number left my name etc. still no phone call back. Total waste of time, currently looking for a new doctor.
I wish I could rate this review two ways: I would give Dr. Bhagat 5 stars, but his office staff maybe 1 star. They don't answer the phone so you can make an appointment, and in person they are less than friendly. I have left three messages to make an appointment recently for something that might be very serious, and still I get no phone call.
The waiting area is clean and super nice, love looking at the huge fishtanks. I like there is an inhouse blood lab. I needed a dr that my insurance would take for my post partum checkup, I was seeing a different associate(Gohr) who left that practice so i was assigned another Dr in the practice. I had just given birth and had some concerns about the crippling pain i was in from what my OB guessed is residual issues from my epidural, and my feet were super swollen and wouldn’t go down and my OB suggested it could be something... read more
I made sure to be completely upfront from the start — I listed everything on my intake forms, explained it verbally at my first visit, and even asked the front desk to verify with Dr. Goleba before scheduling if she was comfortable taking on my case. Despite all that, when it came time for care I was suddenly told she “doesn’t prescribe” what I had already disclosed.
