Dr Romy Bhagat is an excellent MD. The phone answering service needs to be in the same building. I've had issues with lost communications with no answers.
This office is so unprofessional! I came in I seen NP Kaitlyn. I was diagnosed with chronic pain recommended physical therapy they would contact me. Never received a phone call. I have called numerous times. No one answered the phone the 2 times I actually did get thru they transferred me to another number left my name etc. still no phone call back. Total waste of time, currently looking for a new doctor.
I wish I could rate this review two ways: I would give Dr. Bhagat 5 stars, but his office staff maybe 1 star. They don't answer the phone so you can make an appointment, and in person they are less than friendly. I have left three messages to make an appointment recently for something that might be very serious, and still I get no phone call.
