No one ever answers the phone. When I cut myself in the garden and needed a tetanus booster, they didn't call me back for over a week. Thank goodness I was able to get one elsewhere.
I had surgery to have my gallbladder removed almost 2 weeks ago. I have been calling this office for 3 days now trying to get a follow-up appointment with my family doctor whom I haven't seen in about 6 years because he's always so booked out. I can't even get through. I have left three voicemails and I am beyond frustrated at this point. This is absolutely ridiculous! If you guys can't keep up you need to hire more staff because at this point it's a continuity of care issue!
THIS OFFICE IS A TOTAL DISASTER!!!! I love my NP Kaitlyn, but this office is not going to be open long due to how poorly it’s running. Phones aren’t answered, phone calls are not returned, RX are never sent in on time. 12 days after an appointment where my meds were to be changed and the pharmacy never got them. Called in an RX on the answering line once- (they say give 72 hours) and 4 days later my pharmacy still didn’t have it. The office staff is rude or incompetent or both. I have left 4 voicemails, different days and times to call me back about my appt and haven’t received a single call back. Really hope they don’t plan on charging me when I do not show up. Nobody answers phones or responds either.
