The lab experience was extremely frustrating. The person who performs the blood draws is almost never in the office, and the office doesn’t accept appointments for lab work—it’s walk-in only. That means you can drive all the way there only to find out the lab technician isn’t working that day. It appears they only have one person doing blood draws, and she seems to work part-time. A more reliable schedule or the ability to make appointments would save patients a lot of wasted time and frustration.

I called today July 13th, 2026 for an serious infection on an old incision and I was told that nothing was available till second week of September, to top it off I was also told because the doctor across from doctor has quit and now I have to wait because they are seeing her patience. REALLY, are you kidding me. This office is a joke, great doctors who should of stopped taking new patience in a long time ago because they can NOT handle the ones they have. I’m a long-time patient who recently had an ER visit and was advised to follow up with my primary care provider promptly. When I called, I was told there are no appointments available until September. For a post-hospital follow-up, this delay is unsafe and unacceptable. What’s most disappointing is the lack of flexibility or concern shown: I wasn’t offered an urgent slot, a waitlist, a telehealth visit, or an appointment. This office never calls back even with countless voicemails left. It seems impossible to ever actually get through on the phone to speak with anyone. I feel like they don’t care about their patients.

This office is so bad I was forced to change my PCP after over a year and a half of no call-backs, and NOT getting the referrals that I need to take care of my health problems I HAD ENOUGH! You people ought to be ashamed of yourself! And for anyone looking for a doctor... DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE GOING HERE! They will let you die before they offer you the help you need!
