My two year old son came in complaining about head pain on Sunday . Had a rude practitioner who only ordered a Covid test and didn’t even look at his eyes, and we had to ask to look into ears. Was there for 2 hours for a covid test for head pain ? Awful experience
Just spent 45 minutes while my nurse played on her phone and shake the mouse. 45 min i hsd to go ask for a ice pack. There were 3 people ahead of me. Left crying after a shoulder shrug and a im sorry. Angie should reconsider her profession.
Very friendly staff. Had me in and out relatively quickly.

Waiting with my partner for an hour with him in acute pain in a room after being seen by a nurse but no doctor. We are still waiting. The staff is completely uncaring basically we will get to you when we get to you. Never again will we use McLaren. Stay clear if you don't enjoy seeing your loved one suffer!
