Waiting with my partner for an hour with him in acute pain in a room after being seen by a nurse but no doctor. We are still waiting. The staff is completely uncaring basically we will get to you when we get to you. Never again will we use McLaren. Stay clear if you don't enjoy seeing your loved one suffer!

Seriously what a joke. My husband woke up Saturday 8/2/25 to his eyes being swollen shut due to poison ivy(as well as his face and torso being broken out in a rash). We went to McLaren because we didn’t want to wait hrs at Hurley to be seen. Checking in and getting in a room went fine minus the gossiping nurses and doctors? in the hallway who should learn people can hear them in the rooms while they are talking about other patients(and not their medical needs). My doctor recommended I go to McLaren Urgent Care in Fenton. I received great care from check-in to check out! I was there to have a doppler done to check for a blood clot in my leg. The patient care from all the staff I was in contact with, was very kind and professional. I would return there if ever needed again. Highly recommend!! Robin Stewart

if i could make a place owe me stars for giving them a review this place would take the cake. they label themselves as an emergency room but thats an absolute joke nothing is emergent to their staff you will spend 8 hours and have a bill longer than the deceleration of independence with all the unnecessary tests they order up if they can barely justify it it’s gonna get charged to you, you will have possible life threatening problems going on but guess what they’ll be right with you after your 4 hours wait with not a single ... read more
