They have messed up the coding on my blood work, causing my insurance to deny it, SO many times. The Dr has ordered the entirely wrong blood test multiple times as well. I have had to fight so hard to try to get any help from them. It took a year and a half of fighting with them to get them to fix the issue when they ordered wrong blood tests. I get that they are human and mistakes happen, but to happen this often and to have to fight so hard for so long to get them to correct their mistakes is unacceptable.
I keep encountering an inability to get my prescriptions refilled. Month after month there is an excessive delay. Last December, they weren't refilled deliberately, because I misunderstood the NP's instructions and canceled an appointment. Instead of calling me to tell me that a near-future scheduled appointment is a requirement to receive prescription refills, the refills were just declined to the pharmacy. Excellent service!
I give Dr. Robertson 5 stars but his nurse 1 star. Communication is poor and there is a huge lack of empathy.
