Doctor and nurses the night of July 14th made my grandpa and I feel like a burden to be at this facility. We started at an urgent care and they advised us to go to an emergency room. We did just that and for the doctor to tell us “you generally should go to the hospital you want to be admitted to” after being there for over 24 hours was uncalled for.
