I was there with my mom as she had an appointment upstairs and then she had to go get some testing done downstairs and they have recently closed the separate waiting room for scans and we had to sit in the ER waiting room with a bunch of sick people. Some genius moved the radiology desk and waiting room to the hallway of the emergency room. Please move it back. If I wanted to sit in a hallway and feel like im at Walmart I would go there. This is a professional building and a professional service. Try to remember that before some Kmart want a be sets up another blue light special. The staff still did a fine job. Find new administrator people or train whoever made this decision how to do their job right

Was very unhappy with the new setup. People coming in for CT and MRI scans having to come in the emergency area full of sick people is a deal breaker.plus I was supposed to get a copy of my CT scan to take to my doctor appointment. CT disc machine was broke down. Now I'm going to have to make another trip back to ball point to pick up the disc before I see my doctor. Whoever came up with the idea of blending radiology with emergency really really really needs to rethink what they are doing. Please put things back the way the... read more
