I love the staff and my Doctor Kalen! They are amazing!
Had a “preventative medicine physical” done. My insurance at the time paid 100% of preventative medicine physicals. Months later I get a bill from McLaren. When I question they said the insurance denied the claim. I contacted insurance and when they told me the diagnosis and “reason for visit” it was a wrong diagnosis! Not MY diagnosis. When I contacted the clinic to have the NP correct the error I was told she no longer worked there and there was nothing they could do. I paid over $800 to be “paid in full” months ago.
