I love the staff and my Doctor Kalen! They are amazing!
Had a “preventative medicine physical” done. My insurance at the time paid 100% of preventative medicine physicals. Months later I get a bill from McLaren. When I question they said the insurance denied the claim. I contacted insurance and when they told me the diagnosis and “reason for visit” it was a wrong diagnosis! Not MY diagnosis. When I contacted the clinic to have the NP correct the error I was told she no longer worked there and there was nothing they could do. I paid over $800 to be “paid in full” months ago. Good bedside manner doesn't do a thing for your health, therefore only one star. Tom, a great guy, moved away with the clinic leaving me out in the cold. Only after asking was I assigned another.( Austin) Again, she left the clinic and again, I have NO heathcare provider that replaced her. I went elsewhere to find a real M.D. ( no choice!) In my very first visit with my new doctor, he'd found very serious and life threatening illness(es).
