Doctor Kovala has the worst bed side manners of any medical “professional” I’ve ever seen. Embarrasses you and treats you like you’re only there for attention while you’re feeling your worst. After being told by my primary care to go to the ER if my symptoms get worse he treated me like crap. Should have chosen another line of work Doctor Kovala! The nurses are great here.
The lady at front desk was rude, told me there was nothing they could do for me even tho the doctor told me to come back in, in a few days if the symptoms stayed the same.
Very nice and polite staff. Very helpful. In and out fairly quickly
