Staff were very professional and knowledgeable. As soon as I entered the ER they immediately began attending to my issues and needs. ER Doctor was there within minutes and began treatment. Well done McClaren ER staff.
Lab workers are fantastic
It is silly when staff sits at front desk (2 staff present) and they tell you to use iPad to sign in. I went for blood work and when at my personal doctor office i asked if she seen results of blood and her reply was "Caro hospital computer system does not forward reports to doctors office" and she stated that she has complained about this but no improvement.
