Place is an absolute joke to get in contact with. Nurse practitioner office phones don’t work, they were supposed to call me to schedule an ultrasound, but with my condition being a concern I called them. They give me a 1-800 number to call as they apparently have an outside company schedule their appts now. That phone number automatically hangs up before it can even go through the options menu. If it weren’t for having a personal relationship with the office manager we wouldn’t be getting any care at all.

As far as having tests there like lab work or x-rays or mammography I would give them a five. But my last ER visit was horrible. Number one they couldn't get the IV in number two they didn't give me one of the medicines they were going to and number three I believe I was misdiagnosed. Number four they did not go over any of my medicines I was already on. Now I know it was busy that night but my last ER visit there was horrible. Cant believe they would put an iPad at check-in instead of a real person. Extremely inconsiderate to older people and those with disabilities who may not be able to use it.

Staff does a lot of gossiping about drs in front of patient. Very unprofessional. I was there for a stress test. Found my technician to be very indifferent towards me. In fact she was one doing most of gossiping,
