Had an absolutely top-notch purchase experience with Jude and the rest of the team at McLaren Boston. Despite being an out of state buyer doing everything remotely, by the end of the purchasing process I felt as though I knew Jude and the team there personally. Everything was done fast and efficient from financing to transporting the vehicle to another state and getting tag and registration of another state. Ben Nickerson was my sales man. He was very prompt to address all my concerns and my questions. He was on top of everything from initial visit to delivery of the car to another state. He is highly recommended.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. Spent over $200K on a vehicle here. Prior to purchase, the dealership represented that the front spoiler would be repaired—and it was—but issues later arose with the front aero/spoiler system that appear directly related to that work. After taking delivery, the vehicle began displaying faults tied to that same component.
