Very confusing set up for scheduling,information gets scrambled. The nurse Sunny could use a huge dose of manners, very unpleasant,have been in Bay City 3 years,3 Dr's, not impressed 😌

Very professional, friendly and caring of their patients! Never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. From the minute you walk in the office you are greeted by the receptionist with a smile . The Doctors are very caring and listen to you....the medical assistants (Asleigh) are so helpful, even if you message or call them several times in one day. When it's time to check out everyone is so kind and professional. From beginning till the end of your appointment you are taking very good care of .
