I had a 6 week stay. The nurses were awesome, the place was cleaned throughly every day. The food was not great but all in all if I had to stay in a place like that again I would want to go to this place.

My fiance is currently at Bay special care with a grade 4 glioblastoma brain cancer. Has a difficult time comprehending and communicating. The disregard from the nursing staff is below subpar. When asking for help, they shout at you, they don't check on the patients when they ask for help. No showers unless family gives it to them, don't ask if they need to use bathroom, talk crap about patients and get discruntled if they have to answer family phone calls. Stayed a month there due to a major heart attack and was treated great. Being discharged today.
