My family has been seeing Rhonda Ellery Peterson NP for several years and she has always been so kind and listens to all of our concerns
"you can always go somewhere else" .....If you're trying to get established as a new patient good luck! They make you wait for a new patient appointment. Which I understand it's a special appointment. However, they call and reschedule... and then they call again to reschedule and get an attitude with you. I don't know who the lady was that called and said this to me today "you could always go somewhere else" but man you are rude as hell. Front office staff are not friendly or accommodating
Absolutely unbelivable, there is never a Doctor there. They are open but no Doctor or NP, so the make themselves busy over there. It's easy money turning patients away . Called for an appointment and there is no one that can see me for 2 weeks. This is chronic, they are getting paid to turn patients away. Ridiculous
Would not refill a prescription even though I was in less than a year ago. I guess getting that visit fee is more important than my mental health...
