If there is a zero I would have given 0 stars. Please stay away from these providers. Such an irresponsible people working there, just hungs up on face. In my case,when Dr Eric Wright passed away the hospital was supposed to be responsible for switching his patients to a new primary care provider by following up with them, but instead they just ignored them simply by sending a mail to patients to chose another provider themselves. Would give zero stars if possible. Can't get an appointment and even if you do, and you show up late to ONE appointment you get blacklisted and can't come back. Not sure how they stay in business here.

Identity was compromised, physician quit, sent to collections for bills I already paid that weren't applied. I called the office to ask if I had copays they said they can't see that screen. They also said anyone new at checkout would not have been able to collect copays. Was in office , asked to pay copays they said they can't see that screen. I paid the paper bills by mail. Got a credit back for over payment then the collection notice. Today I called to ask why they told me I had no copays then sent me paper bills then sent... read more

Rhonda is my PCP and I cannot tell you how wonderful and helpful she has been to me, especially in contrast with my previous pylhysician. Ami is also super helpful and friendly, every single time. I even saw Dr. B on one occcasion when Rhonda was booked and to my surprise, she was awesome too! This group is beyond conpassionate and is what patient care should look like everywhere! THANK YOU ALL for what you do!
