Absolutely unbelivable, there is never a Doctor there. They are open but no Doctor or NP, so the make themselves busy over there. It's easy money turning patients away . Called for an appointment and there is no one that can see me for 2 weeks. This is chronic, they are getting paid to turn patients away. Ridiculous

Would not refill a prescription even though I was in less than a year ago. I guess getting that visit fee is more important than my mental health...

Rescheduled 3 times in less than a month. They have made Mymichigan the only place reliable for Midland

If there is a zero I would have given 0 stars. Please stay away from these providers. Such an irresponsible people working there, just hungs up on face. In my case,when Dr Eric Wright passed away the hospital was supposed to be responsible for switching his patients to a new primary care provider by following up with them, but instead they just ignored them simply by sending a mail to patients to chose another provider themselves. Would give zero stars if possible. Can't get an appointment and even if you do, and you show up late to ONE appointment you get blacklisted and can't come back. Not sure how they stay in business here.
