Went in as a new patient and the nurse Lindsey was extremely rude and pushy, I regret going there at all. Stay away, you'll leave worse then you came in.
They left my son without care for months playing games after his lifelong doctor retired & we were referred here. He has social anxiety as it is and they made him feel humiliated and unwelcome 3 times-and he never even seen a doctor! He showed up to his appointment 3 times and they gaslight him saying he clicked a link via text cancelling the appointment. He never received any text. Worst office ever. They are so disorganized and completely unprofessional. They are now called Great Lakes. Do not recommend.
