They left my son without care for months playing games after his lifelong doctor retired & we were referred here. He has social anxiety as it is and they made him feel humiliated and unwelcome 3 times-and he never even seen a doctor! He showed up to his appointment 3 times and they gaslight him saying he clicked a link via text cancelling the appointment. He never received any text. Worst office ever. They are so disorganized and completely unprofessional. They are now called Great Lakes. Do not recommend.
Nightmare since great lakes took over which is a shame because the doctors and therapists have been wonderful. We had 2 appointments scheduled, but somehow the 1st of the 2 were "lost" when the computer system switched. So now we wait an entire extra month because of their screw up.
