Friendly staff, very clean.
Quite possibly the worst hospital in Michigan. If you're a fan of asinine TV medical dramas this could be the place for you though, since all the staff here are all far more concerned with their Jerry Springer level interpersonal drama than actually providing care to patients. McLaren doesn't give a crap either, because they get their financial participation trophy regardless of how badly they drop the ball with you or your loved one's care. Waited one hour after my 1115 to be called back to have a mamo done no came to explain or apologize for the wait, the tech was very impersonal & rude, no apology for the hour wait. This was completed 8/27/2025
Dr English kept me informed about what she was doin n what medicine she was giving me. I would highly recommend her takes care of her patients
