Jill, the ER PA, is a dangerous health care provider who lacks the most rudimentary skill set that she directly contributed to lifelong health complications I now have to endure due to her negligence. I entered the ER on 10/31 with a PPH and Jill did not a single examination on me - no pelvic exam, no abdomen palpation, nothing.
