I am in excruciating pain and here I am 45 minutes later still waiting for somebody to see me. The one nurse couldn’t even put my bed up so I can lay down. This place takes so long somebody could die before they are seen. Would not recommend at all!!
From when I went in for my induction until my discharge 2 days later my care team was amazing beyond measure. Every member of staff was attentive, helpful compassionate and encouraging giving support one might only expect from family. They made me feel completely comfortable and prepared and confident when the time came to take my new baby home. I can't say enough good things about the care my son and I received. Thank you to the whole labor and delivery team.
Came to this hospital by ambulance from Lexington. First, the ambulance staff was top-notch. This hospital, though, I've not received care like this except from UofM Ann Arbor. The most thorough and attentive care. The doctors listened to your concerns and checked on you about once an hour in the ER just to make sure things were progressing and that their treatment was effective. Went to the emergency room at like 2 o’clock in the afternoon Somehow, they didn’t push me through as ready to be seen by a doctor. I found out after being there until 9 PM. In horrible pain, I had gone up and asked at least three times how long it would be In the last time, I said I need to be released. I’m going go to a different emergency room. they said if I left, I would be responsible for the bill unless I was released by a doctor and I said then release me and they said well.
