These guys.... we had an issue with a toilet flow in a business I run. They showed up in a timely manner and quickly identified a valve that needed replacing. Took all of 10min. I got charged $95/hr plus parts, for them to drive 2 blocks and swap a small piece. They sent the invoice to a business email I don't have access to and my business owners have been out of town. McLain Plumbing always shows up quickly and they professionally take care of the problem and don’t do more than is necessary. Been using them for about a year and that includes 3-4 different issues from installing new sinks/faucets to replacing toilet parts and snaking drains. Reasonable,professional and friendly service technicians.
