I strongly advise against using McLain's and to use a company like AAA-1 instead. Bad service, every correspondence had the wrong name, they didn't listen, overpriced, and false warranty claims on the quote. We received emergency service with the technician not having enough tools to perform full diagnostics, and charged us additional fees to return despite the return trip being a result of the technician.
