Great bike shop. Helpful staff
I recently went through the process of purchasing a new specialized gravel bike. The manager of the store was extremely helpful in answering my questions and obtaining a bike for me exactly like I wanted I would recommend this store and the manager to anyone who is looking for a bike and needs help
We had the team at McClain look at my son's bike this week! They took such good care of us and helped replace the brake that had developed a leak! They contacted Specialized on our behalf to find out it was covered under warranty along with getting the rest of his bike all ready to ride for this season! They communicated with me each step of the way so I knew everything that was happening and when! Above and beyond service!!!
Our go to spot. Great guys in the shop. I had a new crank put in my sons bike. We just hung out in the shop most of time. McClains is the best in town
